Harry Woolfe on "Nipper" Regina, Saskatchewan - 1916
Harry Woolfe joined the Royal North West
Mounted Police in 1916. His father Jacob,
who arrived in Calgary in 1905, was a
builder and gunsmith, and played a key
role in the construction of the Beth Jacob
Synagogue. Jacob repaired guns for the
RNWMP, which accouned for Harry's
interest in joining the force.
