The ACJS Community day features varied and intriguing historical presentations from morning until night on May 29th, 2016. It will open with panel discussions on Southern Alberta Jewish History and Montefiore Institute. Dr Ira Robinson will launch his new book A History of Antisemitism in Canada, and participants will visit the Montefiore institute at Heritage Park. The day will conclude with the Association for Canadian Jewish Studies 40th Anniversary Banquet with presentation of Louis Rosenberg Canadian Jewish Studies Distinguished Service Award. Also up for viewing, we will have a Photo Exhibit in the JCC lobby.
